All good questions! In my head the scenario's something like the two were traveling around together, got a little too close to the dragon's nest or lair, and it got territorial and decided to defend its turf. In my opinion the fireball's so bright because its another light source, even during the day. Like a Kamehameha beam or Atomic Breath or laser vision, how all of those have been depicted as secondary or tertiary light sources. And Bibby's just trying to fight it off!

You draw with mouse? When you use small brushes, lines looks so innacurate

I use a drawing tablet and the lines were just kept thin because I was too lazy to go change it.
